How Therapy Works

The best therapy happens when the therapist and client work together. My approach is tailored to fit your needs and my style is interactive. I find that cognitive behavioral therapy helps with prompting quick symptom relief for anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors. I also find that narrative, family systems, and psychodynamic therapies help to create awareness and will help you to change painful core patterns that might not be useful any longer in your relationships, and in your choices, and will help you live the life you want.

About Me
I am a fifteeen year veteran in the substance abuse industry. My experience is long held in working with families, youth, and individuals. Over the years I have helped scores of people unravel the chaos in thier lives. I understand the way deeply rooted problems can cause grief and sadness, and the roadblocks that make it difficult to reach one's full potential. I am caring, but remain an empathic and objective listener to your story.
